Sandra Nagale, Ph.D.

Sandra leads Digital Health Products, Platforms and AI initiatives at Boston Scientific. She is responsible for the development of high-value and high-quality digital healthcare solutions that incorporate innovative, user centric, lean, data focused, and compliant practices.

Sandra has held many roles during her career at Boston Scientific which included supporting medical device innovation and development in cardiovascular, endoscopy, urology, women’s health, and other therapeutics areas, helping grow innovation practices and programs at Boston Scientific, establishing herself as an intrapreneur in the company and in the medical device industry, and contributing to the company’s growth as a strategist in multiple areas including digital health, sensors, data analytics, imaging, diagnostics, and regenerative medicine.

Sandra is a past winner of multiple awards including three Boston Scientific CEO Winning Spirit Awards, the John Abele Science & Technology Award, and three Boston Scientific Innovation Fund awards and has authored 26 patents and patent applications.

Sandra obtained her Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from Tufts University and a M.S. in Chemistry from Michigan State University.
