This seminar will examine a number of Human Resources issues facing MedTech companies. We’ll receive a report on the current state of the MedTech job market, looking at hiring trends, gaps and needs. Experts from Radford Surveys + Consulting will discuss MedTech industry salary and compensation trends based on their extensive research. And we’ll hear the latest on the future of non-compete and non-solicitation employee agreements in Massachusetts, as revisions to current law are being considered.

Fall Program Note: FDA Update – December 11th
CDRH Deputy Director to Headline All Day Regulatory Briefing 

This year’s FDA Update, held in conjunction with the local chapter of RAPS and the ASQ’s New England Biomedical Discussion Group, will be held on Thursday, December 11, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Mass. Medical Society in Waltham. CDRH Deputy Director for Science, Dr. Bill Maisel, will be the kick-off speaker and will provide a re-cap of the Center’s activity in the past year and a look ahead to the coming year in regulatory matters. Dr. Maisel is a cardiologist and the former director of the Medical Device Safety Institute at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
