Mass. Democratic House Candidate, Seth Moulton, Takes Stand Against Medical Device Tax

Seth Moulton, a Democratic candidate for the 6th Congressional District in Massachusetts is committed to oppose the medical device tax, if elected. Moulton is facing long-time incumbent Rep. John Tierney, in a September 9th primary. 

Moulton, in a position statement entitled Protecting the 6th District Medical Device Industry, says that he will “fight against the medical device tax” and join the other six Massachusetts House members* in co-sponsoring H. 523, a bill to repeal the medical device tax, authored by Rep. Erik Paulsen (R-MN).
