Ban Regs Finalized by Mass. Public Health Council
On the Massachusetts Public Health Council issued final regulations relative to the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Manufacturers Code of Conduct. The new restrictions contained in these final regulations make this the strictest disclosure law of its kind in the nation. There have been some minor adjustments made in this final version, but a number of troublesome provisions remain. In order to clarify some of the ambiguities and reverse some bad public policy, MassMEDIC will continue to seek corrective action - either through guidance documents issued by the Mass.
