How to Prepare for Acquisition in the MedTech Industry
On Thursday, April 3, MassMEDIC member Nutter, McClennan & Fish LLP will host an informative seminar on “Dress for Success: Preparing Your Medical Device Company for a Merger or Acquisition.” Panelists including Martin Reynolds of DePuy Spine and Lisa Adams of Nutter will offer their perspectives on the most strategic approaches both buyers and sellers should take in an M&A opportunity. The program will run from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the Nutter offices and will consist of panel presentations, followed by a networking reception.
