HR Tackling Best Practices in On-Boarding and Assimilating Employees on

MassMEDIC’s HR Special Interest Group will meet the morning of
Wednesday, February 27 to analyze best practices in integrating new staff
and maximizing investment in new hires. Principals of DeCava Consulting,
who have developed assimilation programs for technology, financial services,
and medical school clients will lead the discussion. Attendees will learn
key education and training strategies that enhance workforce performance
and retention during an employee’s first six months on the job.
