This year’s FDA Update program will be held on November 29, from 8:00 – 10:30 a.m., also at the Massachusetts Medical Society in Waltham. This year’s end-of-the-year regulatory wrap-up features Dr. Daniel Schultz, Director of FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health, who will discuss implementation of the new device provisions contained in the MDUFMA reauthorization bill passed last month by Congress.

Janet Trunzo, Executive Vice President for Technology & Regulatory Affairs, at AdvaMed will discuss the impact of MDUFMA reauthorization and the results of this month’s Global Harmonization Task Force meeting in Washington. The meeting agenda will also include a report on enforcement and compliance policies from Gail Costello and members of her staff from the FDA New England District Office.
