On October 11, the HR Forum hosted a session on “Compensating
MedTech Salespeople.” Jack Mohan, Owner and CEO of Management Recruiters
International -The Boston Group, provided an expert perspective on emerging
compensation trends in the medical device industry. Mr. Mohan addressed
current trends in base vs. commission compensation plans and other creative
strategies employed by companies to recruit and retain top salespeople.
The HR Forum will reconvene in December to discuss emerging trends in
benefits packages at medtech companies.
