On October 12 MassMEDIC will convene a seminar to discuss acquisition
trends in the medtech industry. Representatives of companies who have
been on an acquisition path and those who have recently been acquired
will present their experiences of being on either side of the buy/sell
equation. Key lessons learned of the acquisition process, as well as general
M&A trends in the Massachusetts device industry will be discussed.
