On Friday, September 22, the Small Company Networking Group will meet to discuss “M&A Considerations from a Seller’s Perspective: Navigating the Valuation Process.” Representatives from KPMG and a private equity firm will present how they evaluate a deal, both from the perspective of what a buyer is looking for and also what a seller needs to have buttoned up before a buyer starts doing due diligence. The EnviroFORUM will meet on Wednesday, September 27 to evaluate “Sustainable Practices in the MedTech Industry: From Building Design to Manufacturing.” Industry experts, including Capaccio Environmental Engineering and R.G. Vanderweil Engineers will provide an overview of sustainable design practices ranging from building design, facility engineering, and product manufacturing. “Executing Organizational Change” will be the topic for the HR Forum on Thursday, September 28. Theresa Moulton, Managing Director of Performance Change Initiatives will discuss how HR professionals can successfully address the challenges inherent in creating a coherent, consistent organization after a time of growth or change.
