New England’s world-class research institutions offer local medtech companies an unusually rich resource for new technologies. Successful technology partnerships require knowledge of guidelines that govern academic institutions’ interactions with business. This seminar will focus on these policies and guidelines and offer advice in initiating and maintaining academic relationships.
The seminar will also feature introductory presentations on MIT’s Deshpande Center; the Coulter Translational Partnership Program at Boston University; and the Massachusetts Technology Transfer Center.
