MIT KNOWLEDGE UPDATES

A new initiative

Knowledge Updates (KU), a new initiative from the School of Engineering's Professional Education Programs, provide concise overviews of breakthrough topics such as glycomics or DNA sequencing. These electronic briefings are designed to share MIT faculty insights that have industry impact with busy
professionals, academics, and corporations.

Of note is the Knowledge Update entitled, Two-Photon Microscopy featuring Peter So who is the Esther and Harold E. Edgerton Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Biological Engineering at MIT. So and his colleagues explore instrumentation approaches and applications of microscopy and spectroscopy. So develops devices to explore biology at three levels:
molecules, cells, and tissues.

Whether you are interested in learning more about medical devices from the minds of MIT, or in getting an introduction to other related areas in bioengineering, Knowledge Updates are good place to begin your search.
