Recruiting,
Retaining and Rewarding Employees in Start-up Environments
On June 3, members of the Emerging Company Forum met to discuss “HR Strategies for Small Companies.” Representatives from The Mullings Group and William Gallagher Associates presented case studies of start-up companies’ approaches to sourcing and compensating employees. In addition, Cara Hard, HR Manager at NMT Medical and Darlene Deptula-Hicks, VP & CFO at ONI Medical Systems discussed the challenges they have faced with establishing and growing the HR function in their organizations.
