Electropolish Champion

 

 

Tegra Medical is a high growth contract manufacturer to the medical device industry with 2 plants located in Dartmouth and Franklin, MA. Our team members exhibit a sense of urgency, enthusiasm, imagination and are driven to succeed in everything they do. Due to our continued growth, we are expanding our technical team and are seeking a dynamic Electropolish Champion who will be responsible for the development of processes and fixtures in our Dartmouth facility. The right candidate will have a proven track record in the innovative development of work-holding fixtures & methods for effectively loading and unloading work and part placement in the EP bath; validation; documentation of procedures; operator training and production support as well as participating in exploratory customer meetings and sales calls, assisting in quoting and material review and assessment.  Additional duties and responsibilities will be to:

 

 

Qualifications

 

B.S. in related discipline is desirable with at least 5-10 years of electropolish experience working with/in the medical device field is required. Must have experience in fixture tooling process development and working with production operators in regulated industries such as Medical Devices, including ISO 9000 requirements. Should also have understanding of SPC, DOE and a good familiarity with process validation procedures. Must also have excellent organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations while ensuring overall quality of delivery and a demonstrated ability to build effective business relationships across all levels of business. Should possess outstanding  technical, problem solving and analytical abilities as well as be able to manage projects of complex, multi-part programs with process capabilities studies and be flexible, possess strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Must have strong decision making capabilities, the capacity to handle confidential information and be able to travel as required.
