Biosystems, Inc. is an exciting early stage company whose mission is to
revolutionize diagnostic medicine by providing immediate, accurate testing for
nearly any health condition, in nearly any setting. We are seeking a
talented and highly motivated Scientist to join our Assay Development Group.
If
you have experience in the in vitro diagnostics industry, this could be a very
exciting position for you.
Responsibilities
will broadly include using T2’s proprietary technology to develop a variety of
quantitative IVD immunoassays to meet both
FDA and EU regulatory requirements .
You will apply your laboratory skills and experience in all phases of
IVD product development; concept, feasibility, design and development,
verification and validation, manufacturing transfer and commercialization.
You
will have:
5+
years of experience in commercial IVD assay development;
a Bachelor’s
degree in Clinical Lab Science, Biology, Biochemistry or related fields
broad
experience in all phases of immunoassay development including;
applying
DOE principles
preparing
and executing test plans
adapting
CLSI protocols
and
implementing appropriate statistical analysis
demonstrated
productivity in a laboratory setting;
and
excellent oral and written communication skills
In
addition,
You
must have excellent organizational, record keeping and communication skills.
A
strong work ethic to generate high quality data under tight deadlines,
collaborative and proactive attitude a must.
Prior
experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is a plus. You will be
working on multiple, simultaneous projects, so it is important that you be able
to manage time, interact with a variety of people, and adapt to rapid changes.
