Engineer Technician - Medical Diagnostic Instrumentation

 

Which of these skills and qualifications do you possess?

 

·         Hands on experience with mechanical and electronic assembly

·         Hands on experience with computer controlled instrumentation

·         Experience in correlating and interpreting observations and test results, and making recommendations for improvements

 

It is also desirable to have:

·         Associate Degree in an Engineering or Science disciple

·         Familiarity with LabView and Matlab for data acquisition

·         Fabrication and Machining experience (mill, lathe, CNC)

·         Familiarity with Computer Aided Design (CAD)

In this position you will:

·         help to integrate and test a family of innovative, benchtop and portable in-vitro medical devices,

·         prepare technical reports, and

·         participate in interdisciplinary technical discussions.

 

You will be expected to work closely with T2 Biosystems’ technical team and other company functions such as regulatory and marketing experts.
