Job Description |
The Quality Manager will report directly
to the Division Leader and be directly responsible for establishing,
implementing, administering, maintaining, and the performance of, a quality system
within Stryker Development in accordance with Stryker Corporation and US and
Non-US Government requirements. ·
Establish and implement procedures for maintaining
high standards of quality and reliability ·
Determine and enforce through functional
groups quality requirements, in accordance with Stryker policies and in
consideration of Divisional needs, based on current regulations and
state-of-the-art product development. ·
Organize and promote quality improvement
efforts ·
Evaluate and develop improved techniques
for the control of quality and reliability ·
Act as liaison with external parties on
matters relating to the quality system |

Qualifications/Work Experience |
· 5+ years of broad technical experience in the medical device field of which a minimum of 3 years should be in quality administration · Service based attitude to assist teams in managing through rapid product development while maintaining a high level of compliance to all aspects of the quality system ·
Driven, entrepreneurial self-starters with a hands-on approach and capability to work
independently. · Excellent computer skills (MS Project, word processing, spreadsheets...) · Persuasive oral and written communication skills. |
