Sr. Development Engineer
Gynecology
The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the design
and development of new products from concept through production for the
Gynecology franchise in collaboration with cross functional team members. Activities may include researching new
technologies, working with Key Opinion Leaders, systems engineering, developing
product portfolio strategy, and working extensively with internal and external
partners.
You
will need:
>
M.S.
Engineering and B.S. Engineering, or equivalent, required. Mechanical engineering preferred. Other physical disciplines considered
(Aerospace, Biomedical, Materials Science, and Electrical). MBA a plus.
>
5+
years engineering experience required; medical device or other experience in a
highly regulated safety conscious industry required.
>
Creative
and analytical problem solving skills.
>
Complete
life-cycle product design and development experience from feasibility through
production release and end of life, with an emphasis on early-stage design.
>
Excellent
track record in establishing solid business relationships with internal and
external partners.
>
Demonstrated
leadership experience.
