Market
Manager – Gynecology
The
primary responsibility of this position is to help develop and execute the Gynecology
Market Strategy. This role will be
responsible for understanding user needs and Voice of the Customer, leading new
product development and product launches, product life cycle management, portfolio
analysis, customer segmentation, positioning and competitive analysis.
You
will need:
>
B.S.
engineering required. Mechanical
engineering preferred. Other physical
disciplines considered (Aerospace, Biomedical, Materials Science, and
Electrical).
>
M.S.
Engineering and/or MBA preferred.
>
5+
years engineering experience required; medical device or other experience in a
highly regulated safety conscious industry required.
>
Experience
launching new products and working at a start-up company preferred.
>
Proven
track record in effective user needs assessment that translated into a
successful new product offering.
>
Experience
working as a key member on a cross functional team in product design and development.
>
Comfortable
working in an unstructured and rapidly changing environment.
>
Excellent
track record in establishing solid business relationships with internal and
external partners.
>
Self-Motivated
and Results Driven, Creative and Analytical problem solving skills.
