This is a small, established manufacturing company poised for rapid growth. It is privately held and located Northwest of Boston.

It's markets are Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Homeland Security, and Defense.
The facility is state of the art with the latest development and production technologies.

This person will be responsible for all activities associated with manufacturing including manufacturing engineering, design engineering, production, materials management & inventory control.

10 years experience in managing manufacturing operations.

Bachelor's degree (business or operations) and an advanced degree (MBA is required).

Leadership and management experience in developing high performance teams across multi-department organizations.

Thorough understanding of financial measurements and goals. Prior P & L responsibility is required.

Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, and a team player. Adept as a strategic thinker and driving change.

Base salary $100K plus bonus up to 30% and benefits.
