Intelligent
Medical Devices, Inc., (“IntelligentMD™” or “IMD”), develops “smart” nucleic
acid-based diagnostic tests (NAT) to empower care-givers worldwide with fast,
accurate diagnoses of critical infectious diseases at the point of care. The NAT market is in excess of $1 billion and
is the fastest growing segments of the entire IVD industry.
The
company uses its proprietary “symptom-based diagnostics” approach to disease
detection. The goal is to give users “smart” tests that detect several related
diseases at once – more quickly and more economically than current systems that
perform only individual tests.
