The Product Manager for NovaSure, will plan, direct and coordinate, patient-focused marketing activities for NovaSure to ensure that goals or objectives of products are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

·         Creates and conducts patient-focused marketing programs for NovaSure product line.

·         Develops sales aids, sales training materials and professional advertisements for NovaSure

·         Manages the internal approval process for new and revised marketing pieces.

·         Creates and manages information systems (technical and market data) for NovaSure.

·         Tracks and reports on activities and developments within competitive products.

·         Identifies and researches potential new markets by gathering information on alternative applications, reimbursement, and market demands.

·         Identify published studies that impact the business and develop communications/training strategy for field sales. 

 

Experience

·         Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

·         Ability to work independently.

·         2-5 years marketing experience in medical device

·         1-2 years medical sales or sales training experience preferred

·         1-2 Previous experience with patient-focused marketing

Education

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline required. MBA strongly preferred.
