Engineer – Mechanical

You will take responsibility for, and participate in, the complete development cycle for Medical Product development, from preparing specifications and designing the architectures right through to approval for volume production.

Position Responsibilities

· Deliver creative solutions for medical products, ranging from implantable devices to diagnostic platforms

· Participate in all phases of the product development process, from concept generation through to transfer to manufacture

· Interact with clients to interpret customer requirements and communicate engineering concepts

· Make individual contributions and manage tasks as part of an international multi-disciplinary product development team

Position Qualifications

· A creative and innovative approach combined with an appreciation of the use of quantitative analysis in development

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

· Strong academic record, GPA of 3.5 or above. (Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering required, Master’s degree in a related field strongly preferred)

· Hands on engineering experience in industry

· Travel (up to 15%) including international travel

· Permanent residency or US citizenship required
