The position of Senior Financial Analyst reports to our WW Business Controller
and is responsible for business sales reporting/analysis and supporting US
sales and marketing teams for commission management, budgeting, P&L management,
and business analytics. Sales reporting and analysis function includes preparation
of monthly US sales reports, WW product line report, calculation of monthly
commissions and contests, and supporting all required business analytics.
Budgeting function includes coordination of annual budget, quarterly projection,
and SOF submission with US sales and marketing teams, preparation and review
of monthly departmental spending and responsible P&L. Responsibilities
also include second day net revenue analysis, monthly closing activities for
sales and marketing departments, net revenue commentary, and regular sales
analysis projects.
This position prepares regular sales reporting and analysis and supports sales
reporting requests from management. Key activities also include commission
calculation, coordination of annual commission plan development and regular
sales contest tracking. This position also serves as key financial support
for Ophthalmic Market Team and monthly demand consensus and S&OP process.
Participation in developing and tracking special sales and marketing programs
is also required.
In addition, this position will have membership on project teams as required
and serves as an SAP super-user on Business Warehouse.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- A minimum of 4 years experience in Finance with emphasis in areas of budgeting,
planning and financial analysis
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- SAP experience preferred
