Position Description:
We are currently looking
for a Director of Process Development to join our Engineering
team. The Director of Process Development is responsible for Wafer fab
process development, manufacturing and sustain engineering, Optoelectronics
Device process development. This position will report to the VP of Fabrication
and be based in our
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
§
Lead
a manufacturing team to provide high quality and reliable components for system
level integration
§
Supervision
of day-to-day activities in wafer
§
Participate
in other
Skill Requirements:
§
Over
5 years of industrial experiences in the area of process development of
semiconductor opto-electronics devices.
Experience Requirements:
§
The
person should have exposures and deep understanding in all process areas of
semiconductor opto-devices and other related backend
processes.
§
Manufacturing
mentality and be able to lead a manufacturing team for successful product
commercialization.
§
Ability
to assist or lead the development efforts to define, debug and implement the
§
Must
be team oriented and will interact with other groups for any process
optimization. Knowledge of DFB/DB
Education: BS in Science field required
